Verb is designed for Australians living with chronic or ongoing health concerns who want to explore a more personalised approach to their Alternative and Natural Therapy care. Every patient is assessed individually, and treatment options will depend on your health history, circumstances and clinical needs.
If you’re not sure whether Verb could be right for you, our pre-screen is a simple place to start.
No referral is required to start with Verb. You can complete our pre-screen and book a consultation directly with one of our practitioners if appropriate.
Verb consultations are conducted by qualified, AHPRA-registered healthcare practitioners experienced in providing personalised care via telehealth.
Your practitioner will take the time to understand your health, discuss what you’ve tried before and explore the treatment options that may be appropriate for you.
Book a time that suits you and meet privately with your practitioner via telehealth from the comfort of home.
During your consultation, you’ll discuss your health concerns, medical history and current or previous treatments. Your practitioner will then talk you through the options they consider appropriate and answer any questions you may have.
Where possible, we aim to provide continuity of care by connecting you with the same practitioner for follow-up consultations.
This allows your practitioner to understand your progress over time and make informed decisions about your ongoing care. Practitioner availability may vary.
If your practitioner determines that treatment is clinically appropriate, they’ll discuss your personalised care plan with you, including how to use your treatment safely and what follow-up may be required.
Where a prescription is provided, it can be sent directly to Enliven Pharmacies for dispensing and delivery, helping make the next step in your care simple and seamless.
You’re welcome to discuss treatments you’ve used before, preferences you may have or options you’d like to understand better.
However, treatment decisions are made by your practitioner following an individual clinical assessment. A particular treatment or prescription cannot be guaranteed and will only be recommended when considered appropriate for you.
If a prescription forms part of your treatment plan, your practitioner will determine the appropriate prescription and any repeats based on your individual circumstances.
Prescriptions can be sent directly to Enliven Pharmacies for dispensing. Your practitioner may recommend a follow-up consultation to review your progress before issuing further prescriptions or making changes to your treatment plan.
For questions about your treatment plan, how you’re responding to treatment or any clinical concerns, contact the Verb team or book a follow-up consultation with your practitioner.
For questions about dispensing, your prescription, collection and delivery, pharmacy-related matters, the Enliven Pharmacy team will be able to assist.
